MIRA International Culture Society 

Mira International Culture Society is a multicultural association for Immigrants and Finns living in Vaasa and the surrounding area.

We arrange exhibitions, concerts, meetings, festivities in many places in Vaasa.

Our activities include organization of various meetings and round tables.

We are working for social inclusion by celebrating cultural diversity without prejudice. 

CAFÉ SPICA - cultural meeting place

Friends Café for families, single persons and groups of different backgrounds. Friends Café is for meeting other people and share experiences.

Friends Café is a place for interaction between refugees, immigrants and local residents through various activities and we act as a low threshold meeting place and information point. 

Friends Café is for chatting, learning language and environment and having a cup of coffee or tea.

    and resolving such challenges. PINS’s main focus is to pave the way for
    peacefulness, inclusivity and nonviolence to thrive, so that every individual
    lives in more equal, humane and secure societies and in a globalized peace
    system eventually.

    Naamiottomat - Videoprojekti

    Monilla mielenkiintoisilla ihmisillä on harrastus, unelma, oman elämänsä filosofia. Monet tekevät vapaaehtoistyötä ja ovat yhdistystoiminnassa mukana. 
    Mitä he haluavat sanoa ihmisille? Haluavatko he näyttää keitä he todella ovat sisimmässään?
    Tämä videoprojekti auttaa tutustumaan lahjakkaisiin ja kivoihin ihmisiin. 
    Täällä Vaasassa ja Pohjanmaalla heitä on paljon.

     

     

    Många intressanta människor har en hobby, en dröm, en egen livsfilosofi.Många gör frivilligarbete och är med i olika föreningars verksamhet. Vad vill de säga åt andra människor? Vill de visa hurudana de är i sitt allra innersta?

    Detta videoprojekt vill få andra att bekanta sig med begåvade och trevliga människor. Här i Vasa och Österbotten finns det många av dem. Videoprojektet genomförs under år 2017 och 2018.
